We want you (and your pets) to love Lucy Goosey. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only on unused and unopened items.

  • Return window: Within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If your item has been opened or used, we’re unable to accept a return — but please reach out anyway. We’re always happy to review issues on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please email us at support@ilovelucygoosey.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, send the item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Notes

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy criteria
